Grief Share

Are you dealing with the loss of a spouse, child, family member or friend? In times of great loss and heavy grief, it is difficult to find those who understand the deep hurt that you feel. This can be a confusing time when you have any questions about things that you have never had to face before.

Our GriefShare group meets weekly with sessions that begin in September and February to help you face these challenges and move towards rebuilding your life. You are welcome to begin GriefShare at any time. Each of the 13 sessions is “self-contained”, so you do not have to attend in sequence.

We are seeking two co-leaders to help facilitate the Grief Share program.

A book will be included in your registration fee of $20.00. If you do not need a book, please register by emailing mkisaacs@oakdale.church. Please note we do not have books for purchase at the church.


We offer scholarships if needed but we are unable to provide childcare at this time.
